This week is Earth Week culminating in the celebration of Earth Day on Saturday, April 22. What an appropriate time of year to take stock of our beautiful planet and all it does for us, especially now with trees and flowers blooming all around us. People everywhere can participate in Earth Day by doing the tiniest of gestures - like taking out the recycling or going for a walk. We can make a difference by attending an Earth Day march, planting a tree, cleaning up trash outside, biking instead of driving, being mindful of water usage, and anything that helps protect and preserve the planet. Small changes can yield big results!
