Take, for example, the Bright Horizons Daycare Center in Crystal City, Virginia, located on the first floor of a large, downtown office building and measuring approximately 10,000 square feet.
The facility required a modification of base-building systems and utilities to accommodate its new space layout. The scope of the project included extensive engineering for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems.
MH Professional Engineering has also completed the renovation and rehabilitation of more than two dozen Rite Aid stores, many of which are located in Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
Averaging 14,000 square feet, our engineers implemented the standard Rite Aid design criteria for all buildings.
